Chief Sustainability Officer Monique Oxender comes to the BIER table with more than two decades in the sustainability space, including several years spent with Ford Motor Company. Joining Monique is Sustainability Director Christina Bosch Ladd, who has spent her entire career within the environmental studies realm.
